- 2 ripe tomatoes(Heirloom tomatoes)
- few cherry tomatoes
- one garlic cloves
- one green chilli (may add more)
- handful of chopped Cilantro
- 1tsp or 1tbsp Mustard oil
Ripe tomatoes (Heirloom tomatoes I
used brown ones), & few chocolate cherry tomatoes. Half just crush it in mixture & half by hand, Can do it all by hand if it is too ripe. Add chopped garlic, chopped green chilli, chopped cilantro, salt & raw cold pressed mustard oil mix it and keep it aside for at least 20 mints to get infused all herbs in to. Have this with anything you like.
P.S. Can use any tomatoes just make sure it’s ripe.
